I work part-time at a grocery store making displays.  For Valentine’s Day they’re selling a dozen long stem roses for only $27.99 – What a Deal!  The girls helped me make paper roses for this sign.

Heart Hand Warmers

The girls saw the pattern for heart hand warmers in the February issue of  Highlights for Children Magazine.  They are made out of felt and filled with rice.  About twenty seconds in the microwave makes them warm and toasty.  They made some for their Aunt and Uncle in Oklahoma, and of course a couple for themselves.
